Bailey and Sons Handmade Guitars was founded by Bill Bailey. Bill has been playing, repairing, building, and collecting guitars for over thirty years. He has passed his love for music and fine instruments down to his five sons: Jason, Christopher, Timothy, Joshua, and Aaron.
Bill has always been a fan of vintage acoustic guitars, and strives to reproduce that sought after sound of a nicely aged acoustic guitar. In order to do this, the most obvious solution was to build guitars in a traditional fashion. So, to fully understand how to do this, Bill has spent years studying the techniques of great guitar builders from the pre-war era, and implements many of these concepts in Bailey guitar models. Bailey Guitars believes that old school is the best school when it comes to guitar building.
Bill believes that special attention should be given to every guitar that he builds. Every guitar is 100% handmade specifically for the owner. No two guitars are built exactly alike.
